Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Topeater, a food-business software platform operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited. By creating or operating a business workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and agree to use the platform lawfully. Topeater provides tools for business websites, online ordering, reservations, catering, payments, customer management, marketing and related operations. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices, availability, food information, taxes, fulfillment promises, customer obligations and compliance with applicable food, consumer and business laws. Paid features, trials, renewals, commissions and transaction charges are governed by pricing displayed in the platform. If required subscription access expires, public website and transaction features may be paused while the owner dashboard and saved business data remain available according to the current billing policy. You must protect account credentials and must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other businesses, upload unlawful content, or use payment capabilities for prohibited activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach. The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, domain providers, hosting providers and analytics services. Their separate terms may apply. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
