Privacy notice

Topeater provides software for food businesses. We process account, business, customer, order and operational information only as needed to provide, secure, improve and support the platform.

Information we process

This can include account identity and login data, business profile and location information, menu and website content, customer contact details supplied through a business, orders, reservations, support conversations, subscription and transaction records, device/security signals and integration metadata.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate tenant workspaces, process configured workflows, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, provide support, maintain audit and financial records, and improve reliability. Sensitive provider credentials are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed to restaurant customers.

Service providers

Topeater may rely on infrastructure, database, storage, email, authentication, payment, domain and other integration providers. Those providers process only the information needed for the services they perform and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Business customer data

Businesses using Topeater control how they collect and use their own customers’ information. They are responsible for obtaining required marketing consent and complying with applicable privacy, consumer and communications laws.

Retention and security

We retain information for legitimate operational, contractual, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal needs. Topeater uses tenant authorization, server-side permissions, rate limiting, audit logs and protected credentials as part of its security controls.

Your choices

Marketing recipients can use unsubscribe controls where provided. Account holders can contact Topeater about access, correction or account-related privacy requests. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, accounting or legal obligations.

Effective August 19, 2026. This notice should be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Topeater is commercially offered.
